Personal data collected

• User account: name, email address, password (stored encrypted).
• Workshop booking or shop order: name, email, and, depending on the payment method chosen, payment information processed directly by Stripe (never stored on this site).
• For artists selling on the platform: billing information (business name, business registration number, address), needed to issue invoices.
• Technical connection data (see the Cookies section below).

Purpose and legal basis for processing

This data is used to create and manage your account, process bookings and orders, issue invoices, and secure the site. It is processed on the basis of the performance of the contract between you and the site (booking, purchase, user account) and, for invoices, a legal obligation to retain accounting records.

Data recipients

Data is accessible to the site publisher and, only to the extent strictly necessary for their operation, to the following providers: Stripe (payment processing), OVH (site hosting and outgoing transactional email relay).

Retention period

Account data is kept for as long as the account remains active. Invoicing records are kept for 10 years, in accordance with legal accounting record-keeping obligations.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data, as well as a right to data portability.
